So I feel like we woke up and found ourselves once again with a facility full of cats. We had a second wave of kittens come in and at the same time we have a number of healthy cats that have been treated for URI, ready to come out for adoption. So we are having a one week only sale to see if we find new homes for the available cats. All cats- 5 months or older are 1/2 off now thru the 14th. Stop in and find a cat to snuggle with on these cool autumn nights.

ReplyDeleteYesterday I brought home the little kitten with the broken leg, to foster. He is doing great!!! He is not allowing that cast to slow him down. He meows when he wants to be picked up and loved on, which my husband and I gladly do. He will lay on his back, grab our hand, and put it on his belly for a belly rub!
Needless to say, he is loving his temporary home! We are still trying to figure out an appropriate name for him. Any suggestions?
I hope more people will consider fostering, so that our Humane Society can have the space for all the cats that seem to be showing up.
Oh, and by the way, this is my first time fostering, and I LOVE IT!!!!!
